Title Page Typing Instructions

The title page, like all pages of the manuscript, should have a running head and page number right justified on the top of the page. Below that should be the running head (maximum of 50 characters), which should be printed in all caps. Below that are the (1) title, (2) author(s), and (3) affiliations, all of which should be centered. 

If the paper is to be blind reviewed, the author note is included at the bottom of the title page. The author note should be double-spaced exactly as it would appear on the author note page in a regular manuscript. In that way, all the editor needs to do to send out the manuscript for blind review is to remove the title page.
